getting started - the rental application
STEP ONE:
​As a starting point, each applicant will receive an initial​
complimentary zoom call to understand your needs and how we can assist you. We prioritize getting to know each family or person.

STEP TWO:
Our services include providing you with a comprehensive checklist of all the required documents and templates to streamline the process. Furthermore, we will assist you in setting up your profiles and offer ongoing support throughout the process.

STEP THREE:
Once your profiles are set up and all necessary admin has been taken care of, we can dive into the fun part of the process. Let's get started on finding your dream home!

Our team will give you a detailed guide to the area, including recommended living suburbs based on your preferences. We'll take care of the home search process, and viewings. We will communicate with agents on your behalf. This service includes five viewings. Any additional viewings will incur an extra cost.

Home set up
STEP FOUR:
Congratulations on securing your new home in Perth! Our "Home Set Up," package is designed to ensure a seamless arrival experience for you. From taking care of the next steps to providing all the necessary amenities, we are committed to making your house feel like a home from the moment you step in.
​Before you land, we will send you a pre-arrival checklist to help you feel prepared for your new life in Perth. This will include information on Medicare and private healthcare, mobile phone and internet options, along with other important processes that will need setting up.

STEP FIVE:​
We will secure the keys to your new rental and dedicate a full day to cleaning and setting up your home. We are happy to unpack and arrange any delivered items you may have purchased before your arrival. Furthermore, we offer the option to stock your fridge and pantry to your liking. We'll test your appliances and make sure that you have electricity in every room, along with with hot water. As a gesture of hospitality, a complimentary welcome pack is provided with this service.

STEP SIX:
With a qualified Interior Designer on the team, we are able to provide a service that is unique to the Tailored Relocation Agency.
Everyone has their own style. At our agency, that's something we recognize and celebrate. We therefore offer a bespoke Interior Design package. After having a talk with you about how you want your home to look, we will get to work designing you a comfortable living space. From a single room, to an entire property, there is no limit for us to help you design your new home.

As part of this service you wll receive a furniture shopping list with a moodboard to help you visualize your design. We will carry out exact measurements, ensuring each room is not only aesthetically pleasing but also practical. Need storage, with plenty of floor space for the kids? No problem. Want a neutral, zen space for your bedroom? We'll make it happen! We can provide you with a full house design, down to the small details such as accesorising and styling or simply provide you with the basics such as kitchen utensils, beds etc. The service has been designed to be bespoke to each of our clients' personal needs.

We will oversee the arrival of your items in your new home and place them as you see fit. We will even dispose of all your packaging to avoid any unwanted clutter.

SINGLE PROPERTY VIEWiNGS
Our relocation services are designed to assist you in evaluating properties from afar; we will send a reliable agent to conduct an on-site inspection and provide you with an in-depth video tour, high-quality photos and a detailed summary report. We want you have all the information needed to make an informed decision.
